HOW TO PREPARE AN ANTI-CELLULITE SMOOTHIE
If you still have second thoughts about drinking healthy colourful smoothie, the simplicity and facility of their preparation will convince you at once. You can easily prepare your smoothie with what you have currently in the fridge. The basis of every cocktail is always water (still or sparkling), milk (cow milk, almond milk, vanilla, soya…) or yoghurt (natural, Greek…). Also you will need vegetables (for example spinach, celery, lettuce, kale, cucumber, avocado) and your favourite fruit to give to your drink a little bit of sweetness. Bananas, pears, plums, apples, cherries, grapes, peaches, strawberries, oranges… anything you like! Add to your blended mixture some herbs or spices, for example cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, ginger, basil, parsley… The possibilities of mixing and creating new tastes are endless! - 1 apple
- 1/2 celery stick
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1 kiwi
- ½ cucumber
- 1 cup or more of water or apple juice
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 banana peeled and chopped
- ½ cup of pineapple cut into small pieces
- ½ cup of fresh mango cut into chunks
- 1 cup of orange juice freshly squeezed or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup of vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 banana peeled and chopped
- 1 orange cut into cubes
- 1 cup of natural yoghurt
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
